 Blueprint Technology manufacture a range of small conveyors designed for UV adhesive curing applications. Blueprint have designed and built the Cont-I-Cure Mini system and several are now in production around the UK.
Each conveyor can be adapted for a range of UV light sources. The systems have variable speed control to suit the curing properties of the UV adhesive and the component being assembled. Systems are available for bench operation or can be supplied on a wheeled stand. A shelf is incorporated for the lamp power supply and full light shielding ensures UV safety. Integral UV monitors and production control alarms and interlocks can be added to suit customer specification.
